Who wants a book?

Knitting has taken a bit of a back seat in my life over the past few weeks, but I'm trying to get the old mojo back. For the few of you who kindly read my words, I'd like to offer you a chance at nabbing my copy of Sweater Quest.

No doubt most of the knitting world has heard of if not already read this book, so I won't bore you. All I ask is that you leave a comment and suggestions for what to do with my 6 skeins (!) of Madelinetosh Pashmina in Composition Book Gray that I just acquired today. I don't have many sport-weight sweaters in my queue and I'd like some options. I'll do a drawing next Friday, June 4, for the winner. Thanks!

I've always loved the look of Connie Chang Chinchio's Printed Silk Cardigan

It says it's knit in DK weight 100% silk. If the Pashmina comes in 100gm hanks (doesn't say on website or Rav), then the yardage is similar to the yarn used for this pattern. I'd swatch it to see if I like the fabric at gauge with the Pashmina.

Good luck!

Wow! That yarn looks and sounds wonderful. I'd like to suggest Manu by Kate Davies. I have a stash of some sport-weight grey alpaca that I'm planning to (eventually!) make it with. Cute and classic cardigan with a pleated yoke and pockets!

Man, where have I been? I've not heard of that book. Guess I should look into it.
I don't have any ideas for that yarn as I'm not all that familiar with sport-weight yarn but I'm certainly going to check back to see what you decide on! That is some purdy yarn, thar :)
